Already shot it? We’ll cut it.

  • Singer-songwriter $350 Tailored for singer-songwriters or small groups up to three. Focused on the raw emotion and musicality of simple setups so the artist’s vision and voice stay front and center. Color grading included.
  • Half-day production $630 Designed for bands or videos with a narrative that fit into most half-day productions, with performance and storytelling elements together.
  • Full-day production $1,050 Editing and color for full-day shoots, with extra attention to narrative flow, visual consistency and color dynamics.

Every edit includes color grading and a 1-hour Zoom edit session. First draft in about 2 days.

Payment

We require 50% of the production fee to reserve a date and start pre-production. The 50% down payment is non-refundable, since it reserves our time and starts work on your project.

100% of any expenses are paid before the shoot date (invoiced with the production fee or separately). Anything that comes up during production is invoiced afterwards.

The remaining 50% and any outstanding invoices are due before final delivery, within 7 days of the production date. Late invoices incur a $100 fee, plus $100 for each additional month.

Revisions

A round of revisions is a one-hour Zoom screen-share (or in-person) edit session. If you send notes by email, include precise timecodes.

Additional revision time, including special cuts for social media, is $250 per hour.

Delivery

The first draft arrives about a week after production as a private YouTube link, as do any revision rounds.

The final is delivered through a private Dropbox link once all invoices are paid.

Invoicing

Booking starts with a QuickBooks invoice sent to your email. It accepts partial payments: enter your deposit in “payment amount” at the top.

We accept bank transfer and ACH. Paying by card? Let us know. A 3% transaction fee is added.

01 What is film time?

Film time is how much time we have once we arrive at the production. If you have multiple locations, travel time between them is part of your film time.

02 What happens if I go over time?

No problem. Extra film time can be added on the day at $500 per hour.

03 How long does editing take?

On average two to three days. Always under a week.

04 Do you do photography?

Yes! Every film package comes with edited photos from the production (25–100 depending on the shoot).

05 Can I hold a date?

Once you’ve made your down payment we lock in your production date.

06 Can I change my production date?

Yes. After your down payment we can move the production date for free with a week or more notice, based on availability.
