What you send us

When you fill in a booking or contact form, we get what you type: your name, email, phone, Instagram, the details of your project and, for shoots at your own spot, the address. It lands in Austin’s inbox (delivered by our email provider, Resend) and is used to answer you and plan your shoot. We never sell it or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Travel estimates

When you enter an address in the pricing calculator, it’s sent to OpenStreetMap’s mapping services (Nominatim finds it, OSRM measures the drive from Stanhope, NJ). We keep the result, meaning the town and the distance, for up to 30 days so repeat lookups are quick. It’s filed under a one-way code made from the address, never the address itself.

Analytics and ads

We use Google’s measurement tools (the Google tag) to see how people find the site and how our Google ads perform, for example when someone who clicked an ad sends a booking request. How Google uses this information ↗

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay to improve and market our services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of our services and online activity. We also use this information for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. Anything typed into a form is masked in those recordings. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles the technical details every website sees (like IP addresses) to deliver pages and keep out attacks.

Your choices

You can block or clear cookies in your browser and the site still works. To control how your activity shapes the ads you see, visit Google’s My Ad Center ↗ and Microsoft’s ad settings ↗.
